I've seen that there is no way to join the call from your browser now. This is because GHL has purposely disabled the link from showing. As a result they are now forcing users to download and install Zoom to be able to get support. This is clearly not necessary at all, since it is something that Zoom Workplace enables by default and must be deliberately disabled.
I'm willing to connect to Zoom, but only from the browser. I stopped trusting it years ago, and don't trust anyone who would try and force it on me. This is not how you treat customers, and only prevents people from being able to use your support team.
