With the AI tools at your disposal, adding a function to merge opportunities should be easier than ever. There should be a slew of "test phase" tools/functions that are there mainly to help admins clear up errors caused by their set up.

There should be a class of actions an admin can take that don't make usual sense, unless you look at the kind of mess someone can get into due a poorly made workflow or poor data flow design.

I shouldn't have enabled duplicate opportunities, and now to correct a workflow error I have to manually transpose data to a "master" opportunity before deleting the others.

This is important to handle erroneous duplicate opportunities without losing important data, like notes or meeting history, captured on each record.

I 100% agree! My pipeline and metrics are all off because a new opportunity gets created when two people from the same company join my Calendly meeting. We should be able to combine those into a single opportunity.

Please check this one. Issue with regards to Double purchases. This is a critical issue that may cause stripe shutdowns due to chargebacks and disuptes.
