White Label Support

It would be a complete game changer to have a white label support suite like Godaddy offers for their resellers. It is a simple (custom value) (reseller name) system. That is branded to my brand. I can choose to have my customers contact me or Godaddy support (they answer the phone anonymously too) I send all my customers to my white label support page if they have any product questions about domains, website builder, email accounts, etc. This extensive support page answers 99% of all user based questions. Allowing me to focus on obtaining more new customers and upgrading the ones I have. The most important action I can do in my business is the actions that build a bigger customer base. I find that after having a few dozen customers with GHL I'm now in a training session with one of them at least 2 times per week for multiple hours. This is not sustainable. Here is my white label support suite which is a direct replica of Godaddys. https://www.secureserver.net/help?pl_id=545477&prog_id=545477

great idea! The interface needs to be more user friendly. No offense but when software geeks design software they usually do not think like the end user who knows nothing about the interface.

David Alan: The people who develop the tools aren't the same people who develop the UI. UX is a skill-set all on its own and GHL was designed by analyzing lots of data about what people are looking for and where exactly to go to find it. GHL is about as user friendly as you can get for the tool set it offers. The person using the system has to have some semblance of what they want to do and GHL will facilitate giving them the pieces to make it happen.

But I think GHL already have a White Label support. they don't make the software available but the resources.
I heard about a white label support service for $1000/ month, 24/7 premium support. maybe you can check it out...
Hello Sales & Marketing, can you confirm ?
thanks in advance,

I'm pretty sure HighLevel uses Freshworks' support system called Freshdesk. Since I've discovered this, our agency has been using it because we needed a way to support our clients. This would be an added value to an agency.

Craig Ostertag: You're right! we can see it in the support team's emails

yes we need this! All GHL support docs, except with our logo slapped on it, so I can forward my whitelabed support docs to my clients instead of having to remake the entire support doc in a google doc. This needs more votes!
