White Label Support

It would be a complete game changer to have a white label support suite like Godaddy offers for their resellers. It is a simple (custom value) (reseller name) system. That is branded to my brand. I can choose to have my customers contact me or Godaddy support (they answer the phone anonymously too) I send all my customers to my white label support page if they have any product questions about domains, website builder, email accounts, etc. This extensive support page answers 99% of all user based questions. Allowing me to focus on obtaining more new customers and upgrading the ones I have. The most important action I can do in my business is the actions that build a bigger customer base. I find that after having a few dozen customers with GHL I'm now in a training session with one of them at least 2 times per week for multiple hours. This is not sustainable. Here is my white label support suite which is a direct replica of Godaddys. https://www.secureserver.net/help?pl_id=545477&prog_id=545477

I created a Custom Menu Link to https://status.gohighlevel.com/. This is very helpful. But can we get a menu item that's built in and white-labeled to our agency accounts?

While GHL doesn't directly offer support to subaccounts, it would be nice to have the AI Support Assistant though.

It'd be nice to offer sub-accounts white labeled support articles, etc.

Just (1) let us load it within the subaccount window, (2) swap all mentions of "HighLevel" with [location_name], and (3) scrub the images/videos for "HighLevel" in names/logos/etc.

Take the current support docs and
- replace all mentions of "HighLevel" with [location.name]
- make it so the docs can load within the subaccount window
... that'd pretty much fix everything.
(Maybe double check that all the images/videos are scrubbed for HighLevel mentions/logos/etc.)

Yes, and ability to change language too.

Even if we could just white label the support document it would be a gamechanger

For example, your logo at the top, the help docs and even being able to choose what documents you want to allow if you have certain features disabled. I was tempted to just copy paste the docs I need from help.leadconnectorhq.com and create my own custom menu link with the docs
