100% agree. Our onboarding is in an asana project. Then strategy to integrate some of the other tools is also on my Asana project boards. Would love to be able to show updates to the client with this feature. What we're waiting on from them Vs what we've delivered on our side. It will keep customers longer because they will see the value.

I agree, I use GHL for my website design clients and social media management clients, it would be ideal to have a request feature that all my clients could use to reach out to me with new projects/ideas, and have them be able to see the progress in each project.
