If you have to do something more than 3 times. Trust me, it should be fully automated.Here is a good exampleBeing able to utilize custom fields on the funnel builder. Being able to populate custom fiends into certain places of the funnel builder would really optimize how we all onboard clients. one specific place where I find it would be useful is. ie: When embedding a link on a piece of text. if we could use custom fields we are supposed to put the link would be awesome.That is just an example:Other ideas are. Custom Field For Logo Picture Custom Field For Profile Picture. Being Able to Use Theme Everywhere within the app! Just picture how much time you'd save if clients were ready as soon as they fill up their intake form. If you happen to have any other ideas drop them all here. I Know Shaun and his team will give us a hand.

Hands-free onboarding forms

We’ve automated quite a bit of our on boarding, which includes a form to be sent to the purchaser, requesting details and files. However, this form belongs to the agency sub account and not the client of the account — which means manual input is required from the agency.
If, on purchase, the agency could send the confirmation email with a link to a snapshot specific onboarding form, the submitted details will automatically fill the client account’s custom values.
This could be done via:
- Agency confirmation email includes link to new sub-account’s form/funnel.
- (Preferred) Confirmation email includes agency’s/snapshot onboarding link. Submitted values translate to client account custom values. WFs can be made to track progress & send auto reminders.
This would be especially useful if they don’t receive credentials until the form is submitted.

Right now there is no way to automate a onboarding sequence for new users in the company, there should be a way to integrate a system like that. In order to make a more efficient learning process. As well as onboarding automation templates for clients within subaccounts

THIS. GHL is an amazing piece of software but the UX is absolutely daunting... Even as someone who has used a ton of CRMs, website & funnel builders, meeting schedulers etc etc in the past... Trying to put myself in my clients shoes, this platform would be 100% overwhelming, so having a dedicated onboarding funnel to bypass the hard stuff would be so helpful AND save a ton of time.

You can do a lot of this with the HL pro Tools elite zap though it is only part of their 697 per month package. I wish they had this functionality built into high level. Seems like it should be easy to inject form answers into the custom values.
