We’ve automated quite a bit of our on boarding, which includes a form to be sent to the purchaser, requesting details and files. However, this form belongs to the agency sub account and not the client of the account — which means manual input is required from the agency.
If, on purchase, the agency could send the confirmation email with a link to a snapshot specific onboarding form, the submitted details will automatically fill the client account’s custom values.
This could be done via:
  • Agency confirmation email includes link to new sub-account’s form/funnel.
  • (Preferred) Confirmation email includes agency’s/snapshot onboarding link. Submitted values translate to client account custom values. WFs can be made to track progress & send auto reminders.
This would be especially useful if they don’t receive credentials until the form is submitted.
