At https://ideas.gohighlevel.com/changelog you should have a section for known issues and their status. If you train agents to look there after trying the support portal but before joining Q&A they may get an explanation their problem and know to try it later increasing efficiency for customer support and saving agents time. This transparency will also increase trust between GHL and agents.

I agree. It seems there are many weird things happening and a big report area would be helpful - especially when trying to explain to a client why something is happening so it doesn’t look like it was my error.
