I'm trying to edit the "Standard Plan" and way too many features are locked and for some reason, I'm unable to unlock them. I don't want to offer GHL's "standard plan" for my business, I want to offer my own; so how do I UNLOCK those features? Honestly, I waited until Q3 because it was promised to be fixed this quarter (to see all features unlocked), but all that I see is that the post (HIGHLVL-I-3929) has been marked "Closed", and the features are still locked. This feature was originally promised in Q1-2023 (see attached).

I'm not sure why that thread was marked closed. I'm in my trial period and trying to do the same thing as everyone else who posted about it--the lowest plan is set at $97 and there are several items LOCKED! I want to unlock them. There are only 6-days left until Q3 begins and items are still locked and all 3 plans. Does this mean that the items will forever remain locked?

The recent update for configurable Features and Limits for sub-accounts has a few notable bugs. If you believe support, it is 'Supposed to be that way'.. that sounds familiar.

There's probably a few other odd design choices that haven't found yet.

More individual options would be good, but at least putting some common sense behind the ones that are already there would be a good start.

Unfortunately it's a another case of poor User Experience on the part of GHL. It simply does not make sense.

Same old approach from GHL - smash out as many features as possible in a short amount of time, changes are rolled out with very minimal UX testing, then leave the agencies to explain the odd design choices and dodginess to the clients.

It's painfully obvious this system is built by coders, not by agency owners. It shows.
