Instead of faking the company info, we could assign (additional) custom values/fields to custom entries (and potentially add entries to certain sub-account templates). Essentially building our onboarding forms into the information collected when clients are signing up.
it may not seem much different than clients filling out a form, but it would save so much time to have clients provide all of the information we need from the jump. Some clients lose the initial excitement and it becomes a chore to hunt down the information we need to give the full experience (especially if a trial or money-back guarantee is involved).
Certain information is only relevant to certain niches. With future AI integrations, we could potentially get creative with it and make a more custom experience for each client while maintaining the hands-off snapshot functionality required to scale.
