I'd love the ability to upload custom hold music or branded audio files directly into HighLevel. Right now, every business sounds the same while customers are on hold.

Being able to upload our own MP3 or WAV files would let us:

Reinforce our brand

Play licensed music

Promote current specials

Reduce hang-ups

Create a more professional caller experience

This would be especially valuable for HVAC, plumbing, roofing, medical offices, and other service businesses that place customers on hold frequently.
