Ability to Disable Launchpad!

I dont know why you removed this feature in the new interface! We should have the ability to choose if this is necessary for our clients! In my case this is not!

Launch Pad Task Complete Trigger

It would be great to be able to send reminders based on which steps were completed on the launchpad.
So if the person has not yet connected GMB, FB, Stripe etc. then reminders could be sent.
These reminders would be deactivated as soon as a step was completed.
Since connecting is critical to seeing results it would be very helpful for DIY clients

New launchpad made available for all accounts

Currently only new agency accounts created after 5th June 2025, get access to the new video walkthrough launchpad. It looks great... but as I signed up before this date, none of our sub accounts get access to this (even future sub account clients)
The new version looks great and as it's built in, will really help our clients understand and get started easier.
Please make this available, or even able to make available on a sub-acount by sub-account basis

This would be a very valuable enhancement, especially for agencies managing a wide variety of client use cases.
With the New Launchpad (Beta), tasks and categories are dynamically displayed based on available features rather than actual business intent. While this is helpful for first-time or all-in-one users, it creates confusion for sub-accounts that are intentionally not using certain areas (e.g., marketing, ecommerce, courses, or lead generation).
Common real-world examples include:
- CRM-only or operations-focused accounts
- Service businesses not doing outbound marketing
- Internal/admin sub-accounts
- Clients using external marketing platforms
- SaaS or reseller environments with limited feature scope
In these cases, Launchpad shows steps that are irrelevant, which can make onboarding feel cluttered or misleading for end users.
It would be extremely helpful to allow:
- Admins to hide or suppress specific Launchpad categories or tasks per sub-account
- Persona-based views (e.g., CRM-only, Marketing, Ecommerce, Ops)
- Or basic toggles to control which Launchpad sections are displayed
This would significantly improve onboarding clarity, reduce client confusion, and make the New Launchpad more adaptable to real agency workflows—without changing any underlying functionality.
Strongly support this idea.

Highly agree!! I love the video walk through much better...and without knowing I thought all accounts were updated with new version and was sad that whem I added another account it was back to old version...which sucked because I demonstrated with new version!!

Just like we have the option on Custom Menu Links to exclude certain accounts, we should not have an all or nothing situation with Launchpad.

I offer hosting to my clients that is not HighLevel hosting, having the HighLevel WordPress hosting UpSell in "my" client dashboard for clients I am already offering that service to is very annoying and a deal breaker for me on not wanting to sell the CRM to clients.
