Hey team this section is very complicated for a service based business. We have had feedback that this part essentially requires more effort, clicks and unnecessarily complicated to book in a client.
So to book an appointment manually the process should be simple and the essentials -
Search client you’re wanting to book
Select service they are after
Add day and appointment time
Leave notes if need be
Confirm
(You could also have a section to select a staff member of necessary)
**this would also work hand in hand with my other request of a weekly calendar view where you hold down the desired timeslot on a day and just do the above process)
❌ What’s too much currently is this -
  • Timezone (this can be pre sent on the back end for the location of the business so shouldnt be asked for when booking, this isn’t for a zoom call it’s for a physical business)
  • the standard and custom buttons
  • appointment title (should have the title there once you select the service)
Currently it’s leaning towards a set up for a video call which doesn’t make sense when you’re booking a an appointment for a service
