Currently, the delivery status of SMS messages (e.g., Sent, Delivered, Failed, etc.) is only visible in the desktop version under Message Details.
In the mobile app, this information is not available. Users can see the message, timestamp, sender, and recipient — but there is no indication whether the SMS was successfully delivered.
Users or businesses who primarily (or exclusively) rely on the mobile app currently have no way of determining whether an SMS was actually delivered to the recipient or is still stuck in “Sent” status.
Suggested Improvement:
Please add the same delivery status indicator that exists on desktop (e.g., Sent / Delivered / Failed) to the mobile app’s Message Details view.
This would significantly improve transparency and usability for mobile users, especially businesses managing communication primarily via the mobile app.
