I am writing to report an issue with the recurring payment functionality of our POS system. We have a product that charges customers every 2 weeks for a total of 4 cycles. While this works perfectly when processed through our online payment link or GHL funnel (https://link.fastpaydirect.com/payment-link/664c02907b052583ce7e0645), it fails to process the recurring charges when done via the POS system.

Issue Details
Example: Product: Recurring subscription (every 2 weeks for 4 cycles).
POS Transaction Date: All of Jun 11 2024 Transactions, the day of our in-person event, we were trying to facilitate customers and have subscribe to our service in person instead of asking them to go to the website and make the lead go cold. We need to charge hot leads in cold and in person as easy as tapping their Apple Pay or being able to charge recurring subscriptions through the POS
Initial Charge through Mobile App: Successful
Recurrent Transactions Via Mobile App Tap To Pay: Not processed
It Does NOT fall under suscriptions section in Contact - Payments
Recurrent Transactions Via Payment Link since April 2024: Successfully processed all 4 cycles
Recurrent Transactions Via Website since April 2024: Successfully processed all 4 cycles
It falls under suscriptions sections in Contact - Payments

Impact
This issue is affecting our business operations and customer satisfaction. Customers charged through the POS system do not receive the expected recurring charges, leading to service disruption and revenue loss.
Also the day of our in-person event, we were trying to facilitate customers and have subscribe to our service in person instead of asking them to go to the website and make the lead go cold.
We need to upsell in-person hot leads (and especially since they are in person and engaged after the coaching session) as easy as tapping their Apple Pay or being able to charge recurring subscriptions through the POS.
