We are having drastic phone issues with the mobile app. I have three subaccounts with the same business owners, me being one of them. We need to be able to receive calls on the Mobile App for each sub-account individually regardless of which subaccount we are signed into when the call comes in, so I can attend to each business individually. Since there are three business I can't be relegated to only being able to receive calls for only the one I am signed into. I need to be able to answer through the mobile app and not have to forward a phone number to a different phone line in order to answer it. Through the mobile app, if i can't answer it will go to my business vm. If it goes to a forwarded number that I can't answer the vm for that device, which is a non-business line, will pick up. Not the desired outcome. Please make this possible. Thank you.
