Currently, if you add an email to a workflow, it will just automatically send. Like in other CRMs (Dubsado, Honeybook, etc.) you have the option to edit the email, customize it, and approve it prior to it sending.

This is the main reason I have been unable to completely switch to GHL and I’d love a fix for this! Many of my emails cannot be sent without customization, so this would be a game changer to approve the email after editing it directly in the workflow for each client it’s assigned to.
