Need the option for an audio alert tied to the notification dot.
Some users don't have the LeadConnector app on their personal mobile device; they only use the web app, and not as the active browser on their desktop. They should get a notification of Live Chat conversation in progress regardless of whether they have other programs running on their screen.

Absolutely! I shouldn't have to create a workflow for every channel that comes in telling me to check the app. I did, but come on that's ludicrous. Also BIG PROBLEM, When a customer or lead decides to text or message or chat me back after the initial connection, I have no idea they did it. I've found people messaging me a few days later and asking why I didn't respond. If the app notified you anytime an incoming of any kind came in it would be not only great but essential. This should be a priority!

Def need and audible notification on the app when a message etc. is received clients are complaining they are missing messages
Only option we have now is to create a workflow that sends them a message to look at the app :)

Agreed. I just need the mobile app to give a beep or a buzz when an inbound communication to the LC app comes in.
