We pay commissions to sales people and need to know who actually made the sale. Not just who rung up the sale (which is a challenge as well) but which sales person assisted the customer. The data on who processed the sale in the POS is available in the transaction details under "who paid" but not in a report or any other exportable format that I can find. And ideally, we also have a field to associate a sales person with the individual sale in POS so we can assign commissions properly. It isn't just who is the "owner" of a customer. This data is not even tracked on the Agent Report for sales, and should be added there as well so not just opportunities, but actual sales, invoices, orders and POS transactions get tracked.
