If I'm in the POS section, and have added items to the sale, I then go and add a customer. I can only search the customer list, only to find out they don't exist. I can not add a new customer on the fly at this point. I have to back out entirely, create the new customer and only then proceed with the sale. This is not in anyway an ideal situation for customer experience. We need to simply have the "+" button added in the POS when looking up a customer. AND most POS systems allow you to enter a sale without a customer's name etc.
