To copy and paste text from an email, you must:

1 - Open Conversation

2 - Click on the email thread (minimal details about which is which)

3 - Open a specific message (1 line max summary)

4 - Click on the three dots -> Show Entire Email

5 - Select the text and copy

The email interface is super clunky.

Emails should come through as text that can be copied rather than what looks like images to me.
