When adding & editing an existing contact. The contact doesn't show straight away but is still in the system as it won't let you add it again. This brings the duplicate error. If you also try and edit a contact it runs to the search contact screen instead of editing that contact. Therefore it's stuck in a loop.you can't edit them from the app
