Please enable the ability to migrate an existing Branded Mobile App from one Go High Level agency account to another — especially when the original app was submitted using the client’s own Apple and Google Developer accounts.

Many users begin under an existing agency and later move to their own agency account as their business grows. Currently, there is no way to transfer the mobile app connection, even when the developer accounts remain the same. This forces users to rebuild from scratch and ask all app users to download a new app, which causes confusion, user drop-off, and unnecessary technical debt.

Suggested Feature:

• Enable a “Transfer App Ownership” option where GHL support can point the Branded App backend from one agency account to another, only if the developer account remains unchanged.

• Include necessary verification and support steps to ensure security.

• Preserve app listing, branding, and user access on App Store/Play Store.

This would provide a much-needed solution for growing businesses and reduce churn from those hitting this frustrating wall.
