Allow contact merging and suggest it when someone tries to add duplicate contact

Instead of a big red bar that just says “this location does not allow duplicate contacts”, offer the ability to merge the 2 contacts. This makes a lot more sense and saves a lot of frustration.

Need it.. especially when leads come from facebook, instagram and sms and they all happen to be the same person.
