Yuri Hamada back around July/August 2024 they made it so you could port your number to Twilio. We've done it with about 30 of our cell numbers, it worked great since many of our clients have been calling and texting those numbers for years so it was a seamless way getting those conversations in GHL. We also work with another company that pulls our calls, summarizes them and posts them back in the notes.
