It would be really good especially for different tradies to be able to take photos with their phones and add the photos directly into the notes section of a contact record.

So you can do this with a form, but its only the hyper link that shows in the notes filed. But it does keep you from losing uploaded photos which is a major plus

Jesse Ramirez: create a form with a custom field that has upload photos. Submit form, then workflow triggers a step that takes custom field and shares it into the note section
