UPLOADED VIDEOS SHOULD GO TO MEDIA
planned

When we upload a video to the membership area, they are not laded into the Media folder. They should be added to the Media folder and we should have the ability to add a video to a membership or course by selecting FROM the media folder.

ABILITY TO SELECT VIDEOS FOR COURSE/MEMBERSHIP FROM MEDIA FOLDER
L
Lucho Crisalle, CEO
Currently, we have to upload a video every time we want to add it to a course or membership.
We need to be able to add a video by adding the Media Folder Hyperlink or be able to select it from the Media folder.

please be sure to allow audio file to be stored and grabbed from the Media folder..

This is Entry Level Developer stuff here folks. The mere fact that this platform was built backwards, with Media Storage accessible in the funnel & website pages, yet non-existent in the Course/Membership Area, should result in a partial refund for every month we have to continue waiting for this to be corrected, especially since this has caused each and every user to LOSE money as a result of wasted time going through this ridiculous build process.

Videos need to play in the media area and have an auto thumbnail.

Why is this not possible? It doesn't make sense

It would be highly appreciated if you would create an option for us to upload videos and images from media library to the courses that we are building. At this point we have to upload the same video multiple times which is wasting time and storage and create unnecessary duplications in the media library. It would be very helpful especially for those who have slower upload speed and it is honestly waist of time and storage to do it this way. Thank you so much in advance. :-)

I cant agree more. The whole video upload experience and the difficulty in creating sub categories keeps me procrastinating when it comes to creating new courses WE NEED THIS FIRST.
Also what a waste of GHL storage currently that forces us to upload the same media 100 times over!

This is an important feature to have. The process is a real time hog.
Until this is available, I have built an automation for this when a client asked us to handle their 150 video migration to the GHL platform; each video is between 45-130mins in length and I got tired of the manual process. If anyone is interested in this, please DM me.

I highly support this feature. And as some has suggested: Enable using ANY URL for the mediacontent, ex Youtube, vimeo or other.
I had a client who wanted to move to GHL, but the idea of "re-uploading" hundreds of videos was not compelling.

Don’t even know why you would use memberships. We use Skool because it is just sooo confusing especially for clients!
