Not only for learners! also regular subscriptions for products sold through order forms in GOHL. We have a course outside of GoHL but we use it as a CRM and payment processor, but now that there are no triggers or logic to failed/cancelled payments, its making our life really hard

yes, really really need a way to trigger workflows based on cancellations that are tied directly to stripe... right now we have no way to know in GHL if a member stops paying for course access via a subscription

Yes but please make it something we have to enable to users to be able to cancel themselves. Huge disadvantage for certain types of businesses like gyms, martial arts studio etc where people might still take classes after cancelling. GHL has no attendance features so there would be no way to know they don't have a membership when they come

Hopefully this will be an optional feature or at least something that can be hidden. We prefer to manually unenroll our users so having a way for paying members to leave on their own is a disadvantage. I can see the benefit for others but I would love it if it is optional to add not required.
