Notifications!! When comments come in (for admin) and when comments are replied to (for members)

Can we have automatic or customizable notifications for when comments are left by members, so that admins know to go in and reply? And vice versa, for when the admin replies to the members' comments, so members feel satisfied? I've seen nothing in workflows. This is vital.

Comments in the course are able to trigger a notification email to admin

YES YES YES!! There are currently notifications for "new comment" in courses and communities, but these are really notifications for REPLIES, not original posts. PLEASE add notifications for new posts in courses and communities!! (and please add the associated custom values so we can make custom templates for these!!)

This is the problem with the skateboard model. It depends upon busy users, who are trying to make a living with the product as it exists, taking time away from revenue producing activities to give feedback that may or may not eventually lead to systemic improvements. Here we are, 2 years after this request was posted, and not even an indication that HighLevel has seen the post. Chase Buckner Varun Vairavan

Yes! And. Have comments and analytics accessible to the community admins from the user view in Member directory, in the course section of the Learning tab, and from the Contact record in the core platform. We shouldn’t have to go looking on a back page to find comments and course progress.
Any action by our community contributors should be workflow triggers, Shivam HighLevel, Core Platform, Sales & Marketing, RevEx Group

Workflow triggers are the thing that makes HighLevel so powerful. https://ideas.gohighlevel.com/blog/p/comment-on-blog

Yes!! Admin notifications should be a dedicated settings section and customisable for every Sub-account user. It's critical that admins can customize and get notifications separately/unaffected by notification settings for community or course members/students.

I cant believe seeing such few comments in here!
I just had an unhappy client with gross misunderstanding and bad blood which could have been easily avoded.
REASON: Missing notification for comments made underneath courses and modules!
I have a 11 module program.
Each module contains a task and a Q&A section.
My Paid clients are supposed to both submit their tasks + can leave any number of questions for me as they are going through the program.
But there is no way for me to receive any notification.
They kept posting, got frustrated with no response and we almost got intoa legal situation.
This vital feature is Not even worth missing out on!

Notification to the admin/instructor of new comments on a lesson.
Send an email to the instructor when someone comments on the lesson.

Nilasish Pal & Shivani Gera, in addition to email notifications we certainly need in-app notifications for comments on course and chat.

Easy to do and VERY helpfull for course creators. No need to check manually for new comments

This is so badly needed.
