This is a MAJOR limitation for anyone running long-term coaching or membership programmes.
I have a 12-month drip-fed course with hundreds of clients.
Occasionally, a client's recurring payment fails in Stripe. During that time, I need to temporarily pause their access until they bring their account up to date.
The problem is that the only option in HighLevel is to remove them from the course entirely.
When they pay their overdue invoice and I re-enrol them, their drip schedule starts from Day 1 again. If they'd already completed 6 months of content, they now have to wait another 6 months before the lessons they had already unlocked become available again.
This creates a terrible experience for paying clients and generates unnecessary support requests.
What we need is a simple Pause Course Access feature that:
Freezes access immediately
Preserves the student's current drip progress
Prevents new lessons from unlocking while paused
Allows admins (or automation) to resume access exactly where the student left off
Works with Stripe payment failures and failed subscription automations
This would make HighLevel much more suitable for businesses running memberships, academies and long-term coaching programmes.
