In Course Notifications, the default notifications contain custom values that aren't available to insert into an email template for a custom notification. E.g. {Comment Author} and {Comment} aren't available, which means you're stuck with the default (which is pathetically formatted). Wherever there is the option to customize a notification, the associated custom values need to be available to insert into an email template. PLEASE MAKE ALL NOTIFICATION CUSTOM VALUES AVAILABLE! (By the way, I LOVE the ability to customize notifications... but, without these custom values, it's half-baked.)
