Membership PAGES, not just courses

Adding the ability to use the membership system for restricted content rather than just courses. Instead of only having a course builder when creating products, add a page builder option as well so you can have both courses and pages that are only accessible as part of an offer and can only be accesses through the membership portal.

This is one of the biggest limitations of the GHL Sites Builder.
Currently the only way to make member only content is within the client portal as a course or community, which cannot be integrated into a website directly. That makes a very limited User Experience for visitors and members. It also means that we cannot create custom content for members.
Many businesses do not want community features or courses - they want other types of customisable member only content embedded in their website (for example associations and professional membership organisations). When I show GHL Client portal communities/courses to most member based organisations, most of them are not that interested, but they would be interested in member only content integrated within their website, combined with member subscription management features which are mostly there already.
Ideally this means being able to add a signup/login popup or form to a page or menu, that signs the customer in and redirects them to a website or funnel page (not only to the client portal).
It means being able to make specific pages and specific menu items visible only when signed in. Preferable this also means being able to make specific sections or elements of pages visible only when signed in.
And if there are different membership tiers, they may also need to be factored in to the visibility permissions (i.e. Page A visible to Tier 1 / Page A+B visible to Tier 2...)
Most of GHL's key biggest competitors have these features.

Connected Idea...
As an aside, the second biggest limitation is not being able to content to sites based on custom objects (like Webflow's CMS system has done for years).
Together, these features would make GHL sites truly powerful for businesses. There are some businesses that I would recommend NOT use GHL because of these missing features.
Add the ability to allow registered visitors to create/edit custom objects themselves and you open up a world of opportunities for engagement.

Is there a community for community builders or am I in the wrong place? I want to build an awesome community for interaction and supporting members not as an additional selling channel. For me, the community is what we sell at least partially. Can anyone point me in the right direction or maybe I shouldn't use GHL community if I want to build a great community. Thanks!

I don't see any replies from GHL here. Am I missing something here?

We need to be able to build a page that allows for content captured in custom fields so we can reflect back dynamic personal information to members - Like goals, progress tracking etc...

The membership area is so close to what I need, but it doesn't support newsletters. Not everything in life is a course, although you might think so based on GoHighLevel functionality. Please create a proper members area which allows editing on all labels and removing any reference to Courses or Lessons. My business model is newsletter memberships, not courses.
