The analytic reports in Membership should be more comprehensive and functional where it gives the Admin the ability to:
  • at least download/ export the reports into excel file for further tracking and analysis;
  • have an overview/ tracking report for the Admin/ Management where we can filter & see all the modules within the Membership with the number of members signed up to each module, most importantly view every members' progress (i.e. how many modules/ video they have completed or gone through), login frequency.
  • current reporting requires us to click 1 by 1 based on each module and view by each users' progress, so it's not practical and lack of efficiency when we're looking at more than 1000++ users progress every single day.
We have massive queries & feedback flooding in from our client to get this up since 3 years ago so please help to look into this thank you!
