Manually Send Username & Password to a User

I've run into a few situations where a user was added to a membership course, and the user doesn't receive the welcome email with their username and password.
Checking the Conversations log, the email was never triggered at all.
It would be nice to be able to send users their username and password manually.
The current work around is to use the "Password Reset" function to change their password and trigger an email to the user.

I agree, this really needs fixing. It's such a headache!!! Especially for digital products that are purchased. Username and password should be sent out by email, so that new contacts can sign on, but it's not sent automatically, nor does it work doing it manually. Such a headache!!

Yes! I am new to GHL and the login details email wasn't triggered. When sent manually, the credentials didn't even show up in the email. This is a huge issue

YES!! I love this feature. But manually is just time consuming. Any user that has the right to be in the course/community needs a more robust solution:
- A new member can signup using their "referrer link" which is associated with an active member, moderator, or admin (it's important to have the option not just for admin).
- The referrer link can approve signups bypassing manual approval
- The referrer link owner would get notified by email
- The referrer link can be from admin, or any member.
- Give admin the control to enable the link "access power options" which would bypass manual approval from admin/moderator/ or member).
- If they are not getting a notification on their email, then they could contact admin through a form, perhaps have a link on the login page that says "click here for help", to notify the admin that they were not granted access
- add fields for them to share their information, upload a screenshot of the error they are getting if any, or any proof that they are supposed to be granted access. As well as their personal info (email, name, tel, any other relevant info).
- referrer links, that can also have $0 commission options. (in affiliate manager, there is NO WAY to set up $0, and it would be great to have control.) Some people just the the link for referrals, instead of mandatory commission.

It would be awesome if this could be similar to the "reset password" option on the contact record, except we could customize the email template (so it's branded), and we could use the "Membership" custom values in this email template. Right not the "Membership" custom values can only be used in a workflow that is triggered by the "Membership New Signup" workflow trigger.

Yes, this is a big one. It's been one of my biggest headaches.
