Add a Knowledge Library (Wiki) to Communities, so that teams, learners, and customers can have access to specific information in a library format. Can be posts that are categorized and searchable. I am thinking of Workplace by Meta. We use Workplace for our team resources and community engagement. This would be a huge value add to have in one platform, and allow for our clients to use.

For whitelabeling/ Greylabeling the knowledgebase has the leadconnector brand in the header,this is not needed. Furthermore if it is removed SaaS Mode Agencies at the least would be able to easily embed this section into any page they want and have consistent branding accross the board.
