To ensure privacy, users emails should be hidden from other users, but visible to Admins/owners

Adding my support for this.
There is no way to keep a connected email private from other staff who have conversation access, even with Assigned Data permissions in place. It forces us to either avoid connecting certain emails at all or accept that anyone with inbox access can read them.
This is a real privacy issue among users. When a user connects their email with 2 way sync, their personal conversations become available to all users who have access to all contacts. In common practice, businesses do give new users access to all contacts, but that does not mean every user's personal email conversations should also be exposed to everyone. Contact access and personal email privacy are two different things and should not be tied together.
A simple toggle to mark a connected email as private, or to restrict its visibility to specific selected users, would make it much safer to centralize communication in GHL without giving up email privacy.
On top of that, admins should be able to set up a shared inbox with a defined list of allowed users, so a connected email can be shared with a specific team or pod instead of being all or nothing. This gives businesses the flexibility to have both fully private inboxes and controlled shared inboxes depending on the use case.
This is a basic expectation for any shared CRM inbox and would remove a real blocker for teams trying to fully adopt GHL as their single source of truth.
Please prioritize this.

This is a granular permissions issue.

Any update on this? I am astonished that this is not a major issue for basically all companies.

As an admin you should be able to hide your emails and other messages from other admins also. As a manager or owner I should not have my messages exposed to others that I delegate as admins

This is really important for my community where privacy is a big concern. It would be great if we could default to having no inclusion of email, but let our users add it if they would like it visible.

This feature is 80% of the way there. What is needed is a checkbox or switcher next to the field to allow the user to set it as hidden. (you can actually remove the email under social profiles however it leaves the mail icon)
