It would be great if gohighlevel recognized adding a product into an existing offer as the same as granting access to that product
I'm trying to create a single workflow with a trigger as "product access granted" to have the contact notified by email when that happens. The issue is that if I add a product to an existing offer, it doesn't set off the trigger and thus the automation.
This enhancement would make it easy to apply new product to all current members of a certain offer.

And the ability for admin/moderator to manually grant course access from the member record in the community rather than needing to go through the contact record in the core platform.

for right now, clients have to create a new automation for every new product then import clients into the automation to grant them access and email them...sort of a complicated process for clients if you know what I mean
