Enrolled Courses view on the contact record needs a fix.

When you open the Courses/Offers section on a contact, the enrolled courses show as horizontal chips, and there are 2 problems:
- The strip is cut off on the left edge — the first course chip is chopped and there's no clear way to scroll back to it.
- Course names are truncated after a few characters, so you can't actually tell which courses the contact is enrolled in without guessing.
When a contact is only enrolled in a handful of courses, there's no clean way to just see the full list of what they're in.
Suggestions: show full names on hover, let the list wrap or expand into a readable list view.
