An email notification is already sent when new content is unlocked. This applies when a module or lesson must be completed before unlocking the content.

Unfortunately, this notification does not apply when new content is published. There is also no API endpoint for this.

Please enable a notification option, a workflow trigger, or the API endpoint in the settings.
