I'm requesting a new feature for the go high level platform. As a user migrating from kajabi, I need a one-to-one and group coaching program that is high ticket. I explain how kajabi has a similar feature called coaching products, which includes live video conferencing, calendar integrations, and options for one-on-one and group coaching. I demonstrate how to create a coaching product in go high level and highlight the importance of this feature for coaches and consultants.
I can either link my own calendar or use the Kajabi Calendar and my clients can schedule sessions on their own. For the video calls, I can either use my own Video link like Zoom or I can use the Kajabi live stream option which allows it all to be inside the software and a simple experience for my client.
This is the only thing that HighLevel is missing for my business. Can we please create this?

We recently released Live Sessions in Courses. You can schedule sessions one time or recurring, make edits, use recordings and a lot more.

Harsh Chhabra, not quite. The coaching product Kajabi offers allows for 1:1 sessions with someone who has purchased coaching sessions.
Live sessions in courses is something they also offer for group coaching, but from what I can see the current GHL approach doesn’t allow a true 1:1.
Also Kajabi allows session notes and file uploads to be provided per customer / coaching client for their individual sessions. As opposed to general access for everyone in a class.
Basically replace the need for Zoom / Google Meets to schedule and host 1:1 meetings and it would be more in line :-)

Harsh Chhabra, what I think would work is a feature tied to package deals where the client has a certain number of sessions or weeks where they can go live in a private channel with the coach.
The settings would need the option for whether the client can continue to access the private channel after the program (to review the conversations) or if they are completely removed from the private channel at the end of their program.
Go Live and the private channel are necessary infrastructure. A package deal (https://ideas.gohighlevel.com/scheduling-calendar/p/package-calendar) is the offer that turns the infrastructure into a product.

Harsh Chhabra Not quite sorry - we need a place to store all coaching materials for the client, incl recordings and homework and notes etc that is like a portal experience rather than using info in contact profiles. We also need a client to be able to book a package of sessions and then schedule them as and when they like and to be able to see how many they have left and easily be rebilled if appropriate. We currently build a separate product and assign this to a new coaching client everytime we bring someone in.

Another vote for this. Is it on GHL's radar at all to develop this functionality? I've switched from Kajabi and this is the one key feature I feel is missing.

Coaches need a private client portal for contracts, documents, videos, progress notes, messages, scheduling and rescheduling, links etc.

This is a big need for us as well. We have clients on Kajabi who do not want to switch because this is missing. At the very least some sort of meeting hosting built-in to replace Zoom (and its cost).

Please do this. I need an option where clients can "log in" to their 1:1 coaching. This gives them access to an actual product, which provides access tracking for our back end and provides receipts and use in case of chargeback. Having them log into a general 1:1 coaching program is pointless because 1:1 coaching is customized. I'm not going to make a client log in to get access to a general program. It needs to be set up in the way that Kajabi does it.
