Closed Captions Issue on uploaded course videos

why does all of a sudden on all new videos added to the lessons they have cc automatically added and turned on???
Why is this on by default? When new videos are added to lessons this now is by default and looks terrible. It should be off by default and allow the viewer to toggle it on if they want it. Not on automatically.

Subject: Request to Disable Auto-Generated Captions by Default in New Course Video Player
Hi HighLevel Support, We are preparing to launch a paid online course using HighLevel Courses and have encountered an issue with the new video player.
When a student opens one of our video lessons, the player displays auto-generated captions by default. In our case, an English Chemistry lesson was incorrectly captioned in Malay. We can manually click the CC/settings control and set Captions → Disabled, but this is not a suitable solution because each student may initially see the incorrect captions when accessing the lesson.
We would like the captions to be disabled by default for all students and all course videos.
For troubleshooting, we have already confirmed the following:
No .srt subtitle file has been uploaded to the lesson. The original MP4 does not contain a subtitle or closed-caption track.
The MP4 video stream reports no embedded closed captions.
The audio language metadata is English.
The captions therefore appear to be generated/provided by the new HighLevel video player rather than contained in our uploaded video.
Students can manually select Captions → Disabled, but we need this to be the default state.
Could you please advise whether there is an account, location, course, or video-player setting that can completely disable auto-generated captions, or force Captions = Disabled by default for every new viewer?
If there is currently no user-facing setting, could you please check whether this can be disabled on the backend for our location?
This is important to us because this is a paid educational course containing technical Chemistry terminology, and inaccurate automatically generated captions can be confusing to students and make the course appear unprofessional. We are not looking for instructions on how an individual student can manually turn CC off. We specifically need to prevent the auto-generated captions from appearing by default. Thank you.
