Cancellation of Subscriptions

Nicole Fischer
We need a way that agency clients can have a possibility that allows their clients to cancel a subscription.
So far it seems to be the case that the business (agency client) needs to log into stripe and manually needs to cancel subscriptions. Does anyone have a solution for this? - Thank you :)

Why hasn't this been done yet, from looking at the items in progress under memberships, this one hasn't been touched which to me feels like a basic requirement.

I'm legitimately shocked this isn't already a feature. You can cancel the subscription within GHL, you don't have to go to a payment vendor and cancel... so how is it not able to be automated?

I want to leave this message too. Because Its crazy I have to sit there and manually cancel people myself. You guys have to do something better than this because If I don't cancel the subscription on time, it charges the persons card and that falls on me. And refunds take too long to give them their money back. This seems like it should be an easy solution.
All we should have to do is make a form for them to fill out. and if they put the correct membership email in it and press submit, it should sent them into an automation. In that automation it should be some type of "Action" that can be selected for canceling subscriptions and trials.
Especially if someone is doing a trial period with us. If they wait to the last minute to cancel and get charged because I was sleep when they canceled, That is not a good look on my company.
Please fix.
Thanks

Isn't this what you're looking for? This has been an option for as long as I can remember and I've been on the platform for over a year.

Benjamin Gallagher I think that is a different one. Im trying to cancel subscriptions and trial to people that are paying just to look at my courses.

Benjamin Gallagher That's an agency level option for their sub-accounts. Not for sub-accounts for their subscribers.

Irrum Uddin might be good to update your post to clarify this. also, I'm pretty sure they rolled out an update with this feature:

I just got off a zoom call asking about this, and its true. I am perplexed that this isn't an option. A company who is built for automating everything, doesn't have an automation for an end customer to cancel their subscription. I am utterly in shock.

Yeah the fact that the product was released like this is insane...
