When creating a custom template for the email if a new comment is written inside a course, there is no custom value that can be added to the button that will actually open op the correct course/lesson/comment.

That counts for all course emails, like the notification email when new drip content is available. Also here no custom email button can made to function correct So it is simply not possible to create your own email template for these emails, since their action buttons won't function.
