Bring back the search bar for assessments

Please bring back the search bar element for Assessments. It appears to be missing since 1/21/24. We have quite a few users that have thousands of assessments to sort through, and It's just not feasible for them to only use the filter options available.

We utilized this feature all the time. We have a program with over a hundred students who submit numerous assessments. Our team needs to review these assessments and it's almost impossible to do since there are hundreds of pages of assessments to scroll through to find a particular student's work to review. Please bring back the search bar feature. The last time I used it was 1/15/24 and noticed it was missing on 1/21/24. -Thank you!
