I've gone through automations and there's no way that we see to have a notification send to our team when someone submits an uploadable assignment. I'm using fillable PDFs to gather information in their welcome module to then have their trainer work with them on strengths and weaknesses and come up with individualized training paths (that go beyond the content in the course).

However, right now we have to go in and check multiple times a day because there's no notice going out when it is submitted if it's listed as ungraded (because we don't want to halt them from moving on in the course material).

Whether this was in automations or specifically in the assignment area, it's a setting that is really needed. With options to send to assigned user and other users as well (because multiple people may need to get notified on some assignments).

Additionally, when someone uploads a document/file as part of the assignment, it should be added into their documents accessible through the contact so we don't have to hunt for them in Course Analytics. You could even have that as part of the "Received" area, with a tab for "Courses" (or whatever you want to call it) and then sub-tabs from there with course names they have (or have had) access to (if that's too much then just put all courses in there and the numbers will be 0 for files and we can sort it out that way).
