Could an action of in a Automation be that as a new module is added to a course in the Membership that we can have it send a notice to a client.
The use case on this is if we are doing Coaching Call Replays - and we are using Courses to host them, we add a new Lesson after each call.
The thought would be as a new Lesson is added, that we could have an automatic email/sms go to the client so that they can go check it out.

And, since we can post to a channel from Social Planner, a Workflow Trigger of new lesson added to a course should allow a Workflow Action with an @everyone post inviting the Contributors to open the new info.

RevEx Group: It would be amazing if it has two parts to it.
One is that the membership area theme has a dashboard so course users can visually see an area that gets updated (like Kajabi announcement dashboard in their themes - see screen shot where I input the updates) + the ability to email members who are in courses, or memberships. (Kajabi also has an announcement feature that is part of the product that allows this that notifies the member of the announcement via email and the mobile app).
Notifications: I suppose if there is any community element where students can interact with each other it would be nice to have a notification area that made them aware comments, and account details.

RevEx Group: Totally concur with Michele re: a Dashboard and the ability to send notices to all members. Would also love to have a community element, as she mentioned (with notices).
Here are some ideas for a Dashboard or Home page:
1) If the dashboard worked like membership lesson pages, that might do it. That is, add a customizable lesson page to a dashboard. This would allow WYSIWYG editing, a video, external links, etc.
2) The ability for Admin to add announcements (like posts with ability to turn on or off commenting) -- that can be deleted, with most recent appearing on top. Ability to choose to send the notice to all members would be nice.
3) The ability to email all members.

RevEx Group, I agree with Michele Luminato & David Ronka.
And, with the arrival of Kollab this should be quite simple using just a couple triggers and ability to post via workflow actions. That plus the option for email notifications and a digest email would increase engagement by reminding members of their intention to participate.
