Add functionality to store overall score of quiz under contact data.

When we create a quiz we can see the results in last screen and see overall selected answers under submissions but we can not store overall score of submission along with contact data

in the product quiz when I go back into edit, it does NOT show my Explanation that I put... I have to click on "add explanation" in order to see what I put there already...
