Add Closed Captions / Subtitles To Course Videos
S
Stockton Walbeck
We have dozens of international course creators who NEED the ability to add an SRT file to the course video for subtitles / closed captions. Kajabi and teachable both have these options and clients leaving those softwares have trouble moving over to us if there isn't a CC option

Shaun Clark It has been pointed out to me on multiple occasions that there is an accessibility issue for those with hearing and/or processing disabilities and challenges due to the lack of closed captions. What is High Level going to do able the lack of accessibility and disability friendliness? Can we please get some attention on this? In 2024, this shouldn't even be a need that has been sitting here since 2022.

Would love this to be added. We get a decent amount of people that reach out saying they are hard of hearing and would love to have subtitles.
