Ability to set membership start date (to reset/adjust drip content)

I have multiple customers who sell memberships with dripped content.
In Kajabi, you can adjust the membership start date of a member, to control/change their drip content. For example, if a customer has already gone through 90 days of drip content, and I have to revoke the customer's offer because of a missed payment, but then the customer pays a month later, I want to let them continue where they left off.
Right now I can't do that. If I grant the offer again, they'd get access again from the beginning, with all content locked. We need a way to control when an individual's drip content unlocks, and the best way to do that is by being able to set a custom membership start date for each offer.
It would be helpful to set a flexible membership start date, so I could set it 90 days in the past, which means the customer can continue where he left off.
There are multiple other use cases where being able to set a membership start date would be helpful. I'm sure a lot of other people need this feature as well.

Start date linked to member and not offer

Currently, there is an ability to set a custom start date for an offer. However, in Kajabi the custom start date can be set for each user, not just for the offer in general.
I have a client who has a membership with several hundred members and several years of drip content.
Very frequently people don't pay, so their access needs to be revoked, later on when they pay after a few weeks or months, access should be granted again. At this point the start date needs to be adjusted so that their drip content is available where they left off.
If the start date is set on the offer level, this means clients have to create a new offer for every member that misses a payment. For some clients, this means having hundreds of single offers, for a single person, which creates confusion and messiness in the offer section.
There should be a way set a start date for each user like in Kajabi. For people who run subscriptions and membership sites with drip content this is basically a must.
I've had several clients complain to me about this. It's always the people who run real/serious membership sites with lots of users. I'm afraid without this feature, running a membership site with drip content and a high volume of users isn't feasible in High Level due to the inability to deal with missed payments and pauses that affect the drip content schedule.

I am moving my entire platform (25K customers 300 K leads) from Kajabi to GHL and I def need this.
When brining over clients that are partway down a drip campaign, we need the ability to start them at the right place.
