We want to run all users through a series of courses when they onboard into a community. However, we want them to be limited to just one module/course per week, with further steps unlocking over time rather than by progress, etc. This should be an independent timeline associated to the contact.

For example. John signs up for our community on July 1, he gets notified and can access Course 1 on Day 0, then on Day 7 he may get Course 2 unlocked. Meanwhile, Mary signs up for the community on July 7, she should also get Course 1 on Day 0 (John's Day 7) then Course 2 on Day 7 (John's Day 14). Currently, the locking and unlocking of courses is global for all users etc - we don't want to tag this to the gamification element.
