1) Users are able to upload duplicate filenames. Ex: they could end up having hundreds of files all named 'image123.png'. Not only should this not be allowed (should work as any other filesystem out there), but it causes confusion.
2) "Restore All" doesn't actually restore all

It only restores all within the 30 day period, but there's a bug that shows files older than 30 days and they don't actually get restored - it's confusing.)
3) Deleted files in the trash are user-specific, meaning if a sub account client deletes a file, the agency admin can't see it in their trash bin, unless they knew to 'login as' that user prior to entering that page. It should work the same both ways.
